Jason Smith, Founder & CEO
Jason founded iStaff in 1995 after several years working in both branch, corporate and management positions at AccuStaff, and was part of their successful IPO. He has over 20 years of staffing industry experience. Jason is the founder of GTAP (Georgia Technology Awareness Program), is President of High Tech Ministries, is involved with North GA Co-Op serves as an Elder at Perimeter Church and is active in the IT community. He has a heart for mission trips and has served in Guatemala, Tanzania and Uzbekistan on teams with his church. Jason’s free time is spent mainly with his bride and 3 children. He leads a weekly bible study at iStaff that meets at 7:15am every Monday (new folks are welcome to join). He also enjoys coaching youth sports (baseball, softball and football) in Gwinnett County, GA. He places a strong emphasis on ethics and integrity. Jason has a BA in Business from Florida State University.
Jeremy McNeil, President
As a top performer and thought leader in the Atlanta IT staffing market, Jeremy leads our strategy for servicing small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. After joining iStaff in 2010, he organically grew his responsibilities to encompass all sales & recruiting operations within the organization. His successful track record in the Staffing Industry and dedication to Servant Leadership has helped him build strong relationships with influential organizations in Georgia and around the country. He is an active member of 12Stone Church leading small groups, biblical based leadership round-tables, and plays drums in the Worship Band. He spends the majority of his free time with his wife and two children. He has a Bachelors in Marketing from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.
Nate Barrett, Manager of Training and Recruiting/Recruiting Team Lead
With over a decade of experience in the Atlanta IT staffing industry, Nate Barrett joined iStaff in 2012 and has been a significant contributor in working to grow the iStaff Recruiting team. The combination of his individual performance and past leadership experience has helped him develop and coach recruiters and create excellence in client delivery. He is an active member of Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, GA. Nate spends the majority of his free time with his wife and three kids, coaching youth sports and spending time on his small farm. He has a BA Degree in Business Management from Kennesaw State University.
Matt Shumake, Recruiting Manager
As an Atlanta native, Matt has a strong understanding of the business community and technology market. With well over 10 years recruiting experience, he learned the business in the midst of the economic downturn and has been able to mentor the next generation of recruiters. He joined iStaff in 2013 and has been a consistent top performer year over year while leading and executing a strategic roadmap for our recruiter delivery model. As our recruiting team lead, his diverse skill set is a true advantage to our clients. He is a Husband, Father, 12Stone Church member and sports enthusiast (Falcons, Braves and GA Tech).
Joe Broccoli, Sales Manager Dallas/Fort Worth Office
Joe heads our business development and leadership efforts in the DFW Metroplex with a heavy focus on serving small and mid-sized companies. He started his sales career in 2012 in his home state of New Jersey. Since that time, he has held staffing positions in Washington DC and Atlanta before inevitably leading iStaff’s expansion into DFW. Joe is a true student of sales who is always studying ways to improve, train, and develop new relationships, knowing that building strong connections with great people is the foundation of successfully growing a business. He owes his work ethic and focus to his parents and has leaned heavily on the support of his wife who has traveled with him from city to city as he grew in his career. He spends his free time staying physically active, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and two dogs. Joe has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Rutgers University.
Brett Davis, Sales Manager Atlanta Office
Native to Georgia, Brett grew up as a natural athlete excelling in baseball and heavily scouted by top universities. Limited by injuries he shifted his focus to the business world in a sales capacity. He transitioned the traits that made him a strong competitor into the business market place and became a top sales contributor in every industry he worked (Telecom, Construction, Technology). As a true entrepreneur, Brett has launched companies of his own and developed winning teams by earning the respect of his peers and employees. After helping hundreds of local Atlanta businesses with their staffing needs, Brett grew his responsibilities to mentor, train, and develop iStaff’s business development team and provides day-to-day guidance for sales strategy, negotiations, and relationship management. Brett is married with 2 kids and resides in Athens, GA.
